Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New Mexico with over 19 years of experience in the electric utility industry. His background includes power line design, electric distribution systems, infrastructure development, and leadership roles with Xcel Energy, Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative, and T&D Services.

Throughout his career, Adam has served in key roles including area engineer, engineering manager, and division manager of systems planning and distribution design. He has worked closely with electric cooperatives, municipalities, and investor-owned utilities across New Mexico and Arizona, giving him a strong understanding of the communities we serve.

Raised in Mora, New Mexico, Adam brings strong northern New Mexico values hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to community. As CEO, Adam is focused on putting our members first and ensuring safe, reliable, and affordable service, while continuing to strengthen and grow our system for the future. On a personal note, Adam lives in Edgewood with his wife and their four children and is proud to serve the same communities his family calls home.
