Any residential accounts, stockwell accounts, and any small commercial accounts that do not qualify for the commercial rate. |

Commercial Service |

Any single phase commercial accounts pulling 25 KW or more and three phase commercial accounts pulling 15 KW or more. |

General Service with an electric water heater |
|
Any general service account that has an electric water heater with a capacity of 30 gallons or more. |

Any general service account that has an electric water heater with a capacity of 30 gallons or more. Must be able to be set with a Timer |

Time of Use Residential Service |

Any residential consumers wishing to abide by the on peak off peak hours are eligible. |

Time of Use Residential Service with Electric Thermal Storage units |

Only residential consumers that have a 9.0 kW ETS units installed are eligible to be on this off peak rate. |

Time of Use Residential Service without Electric Thermal Storage units |

Any residential consumers without an ETS unit wishing to abide by the on peak off peak hours are eligible. |

Winter Months- (See Rate 25 for times) for the heating of the heated space of the entire metered facility, as determined by CNMEC or other qualified HVAC consultant. The entire metered facility must be under one roof and be an enclosed facility. |
